Project Description

We're a fast-growing Series B startup in the fintech space, looking for an experienced recruiting partner to help us build our engineering team from the ground up. We've just raised $50M and need to scale our technical team rapidly to meet our aggressive growth targets. Our current team consists of 3 engineers and we need to grow to 8-10 engineers within the next 3-4 months. We're looking for a recruiting partner who understands the urgency while maintaining high quality standards. This is a high-visibility project with direct reporting to our CTO and CEO. The successful recruiter will become our preferred partner for future hiring needs.

Full-cycle recruiting for all 5 positions
Sourcing from your network and active hunting
Technical screening and initial assessment
Coordinate interview process with our team
Salary negotiation and offer management
Weekly progress reports and pipeline reviews

90-day placement guarantee
Compensation Structure

Payment Structure

$15,000 per successful placement
Per successful placement
Payment Terms:

50% on start, 25% on candidate start date, 25% after 90-day guarantee

Performance Bonuses

Complete all 5 roles within 3 months: $15,000 bonus
Each role filled within 30 days: $2,000 bonus
90%+ candidate satisfaction score: $5,000 bonus
