We're a rapidly growing SaaS company seeking exceptional executive talent to lead our next phase of expansion. We recently secured $120M in Series C funding and are looking to fill three critical executive roles within the next 6-8 months. Our current leadership team has successfully scaled us from 50 to 500 employees, and we're now ready to bring in world-class executives who can take us to the next level in our industry.

Compensation Structure

Payment Structure

$50,000 retainer per role
Per successful placement
Payment Terms:

33% upfront, 33% at offer acceptance, 34% at start date

Performance Bonuses

Successful placement within 6 months: 25% bonus
All three roles filled within 8 months: $50,000 bonus
100% retention rate after 12 months: $25,000 bonus
